Linkin Park is set to perform at League of Legends World Championship

Linkin Park is set to perform at the 2024 League of Legends World Championship opening ceremony.

On November 2nd, Linkin park will perform their single “Heavy is the crown” at the world championship as the song is the World championship anthem. Other artists that are set to appear at the event includes Tiffany Aris and Mars Atlas of Forts performing “still here” and Ashnikko performing “Paint the town blue”.

The event is set to take place in November 2nd, at 7am PST/ 2am GMT at the 02 arena in London. Since its release just over a month ago “Heavy is the Crown” the second single from Linkin Park’s upcoming album “From Zero” and their first with new singer Emily Armstrong is now the most streamed World’s anthem garnering over 270 million streams. and nearly 60 million video views.

Since Linkin Park officially returned in early September the band has been doing various one-offs around the world as part of their From Zero world tour and have added new shows featuring support acts such as Sleep Token and Bad Omens and are also set to appear a two festivals in North America in 2025(Sick New World in Vegas and Sonic Temple in Columbus, Ohio).
